Meeting with Leaders

Something that I was lacking in my organization was sewing into leaders and developing them. I was challenged by some top people in my company to meet with them once a week get there goals and help them accomplish what they set out for themselves. I can't tell you how much FUN this has been and how much it has helped keep me on track and even push myself to be better. Whatever you are looking to go next level in take the initiative to find a group of people to help push you because it will be worth it!
