On Friday November 23rd my company put on an event called Road To Gold. It was put on for people at a rank called Directors to Silver Directors to learn how to take that next step into their business. I took SO many notes here are a few of my take away's from each speaker.

Amber Keener

Recently I have been able to hang out with Rainbow Dance owner Amber Keener. I really like hanging out with her in between her crazy schedule of getting her masters, running a family, and multiple businesses. I always get an extra drive and boost to succeed and work harder. She also gives me advice on staying focused on what I wan't to accomplish and to not slow down! My challenge for you is to find someone who has had success in education, a sport, or business and see how they got their. Learn from their advice and see how it can help you get to where yo want to get! See you at the top!

My Bro

My brother has been in Australia as a missionary for a while now with his family. I love that the church locally that my parents go to really support him and his vision. We had a "Crepe" fundraiser and it was awesome!

Meeting with Leaders

Something that I was lacking in my organization was sewing into leaders and developing them. I was challenged by some top people in my company to meet with them once a week get there goals and help them accomplish what they set out for themselves. I can't tell you how much FUN this has been and how much it has helped keep me on track and even push myself to be better. Whatever you are looking to go next level in take the initiative to find a group of people to help push you because it will be worth it!

Got to see my friend Ben Wysocki play at UCLA! His family is one of my favorites and the parents are on fire about their faith and are such good examples of people who are still so in love with their marriage.

While up north I got to hang out with my friend Nancy On. Nancy is someone that is around my age and is killing it in the same business I am involved in. It was epic hanging out, laughing a ton and catching up. She is an amazing leader and it was rad to hear that her entire day revolved going out to eat with people haha she rocks!

While in San Fran I got to catch up with my friend Shannon. She is kicking butt right now in life and having friends doing well in what they choose to do is the coolest thing to see and can really drive you to do better in what you do! Keep up all the good work shannon so stoked for you!

I got to be in San Fran at the same time during the world series series. Can't believe how good the vibes were! Everyone was so happy and excited about the history that was being made!

I got to hang out in Newport Beach and dream build for a while. Getting in a new envioronment is so important especially when you need a little boost. Go somewhere you want to live, or drive a car you would want one day, etc... the more you do that I believe the harder you will work for it.
